Getting started

Where do most customers start?

Usually with the one system causing daily pain — accounts, billing or stock. Each of the fifteen products runs on its own, so you can start with one and connect the rest as it becomes worth doing, rather than replacing everything at once.

Do we have to take the full ecosystem?

No. Every product works standalone. They are built to connect — POS posting to the ledger, RADIUS following the billing record — but nothing forces you to buy more than you need.

Can Bluwebz work with our existing software?

Often yes. Where a system already works we integrate through APIs rather than replacing it. Our own platforms expose REST APIs, and we routinely connect payment gateways, SMS and email into systems that are already running.

What size of organization do you work with?

From single-branch SMEs and home offices to ISPs, schools, retailers, e-commerce businesses, media and streaming operators, and corporate operations across Bangladesh.

Who are Bluwebz?

A complete technology and business solution provider established in 2014, working from offices in Dhaka and Kushtia, and a proud member of BASIS — the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services. We cover software, ERP, ISP and network, cloud, security, power and AI/IoT under one team.

Can you run our whole ISP operation?

Yes. Radius Wave handles billing, RADIUS authentication, PPPoE, packages, the customer and partner portals and payment collection; NETLOG keeps searchable session, NAT and IP records; Network Manager documents the topology. We also handle MikroTik, Cisco, BGP and VLAN work and POP power.

Implementation

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on scope. A focused rollout such as POS or billing is quick; a multi-branch ERP with data migration takes longer. You get a phased plan before anything starts.

Who moves our existing data?

We do. Opening balances, item masters and customer records are migrated and verified with your team before go-live.

Will our staff be trained?

Yes — training is its own stage in our delivery approach, not an afterthought. It happens during configuration and again before go-live, with documentation your team keeps.

Is the system hosted locally or in the cloud?

Either. We deploy on cloud, private cloud or your own on-premise server, or we manage the infrastructure for you — including VPS, dedicated and container deployment with backup and monitoring.

What does your delivery process look like?

Six steps, every engagement: Discover, Plan, Design, Deploy, Train and Support. You are involved at each checkpoint, and the plan is agreed before development starts.

What happens after go-live?

Implementation is the start. Support is the sixth stage of our delivery approach: we monitor, maintain, optimize and expand the solution as the business changes.

Do you support hardware as well as software?

Yes. We supply, install and support routers, switches, servers, CCTV and access control, UPS and IPS, lithium batteries, solar panels and POS devices — and we support them alongside the software running on them.

Do you handle power and solar as well?

Yes. UPS, IPS, mini UPS, battery backup, hybrid solar with lithium storage and ISP POP power. Systems are sized against your measured load and the runtime you need, not a catalogue figure — including load calculation and backup planning.

Can you add AI or IoT to what we already run?

Yes. AI assistants for support and reporting, document and invoice data extraction, and workflow automation — integrated with the ERP, billing, CRM or website you already have. IoT covers power, temperature, humidity, water level and GPS monitoring with alerts.

Commercial

How is pricing structured?

It varies by product and scope: one-time implementation, monthly or annual subscription, software licensing, hardware supply with service, or ongoing support. We quote after the requirement study, with no surprise line items.

Do you offer a demo before we commit?

Yes. We walk through the relevant product with your own scenario rather than a generic demo dataset.

Can we start small and expand later?

That is the normal path. Start with one product, add the connected ones as the value becomes clear.

Which payment methods can you integrate?

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card and bank payment are integrated into our billing and e-commerce platforms, with collection reconciled against invoices automatically.
