This policy explains what Bluwebz collects when you use bluwebz.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website only.

Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what a request or an order needs:

• Enquiry details. When you send the contact form or request a quote: your name, email address, phone number, the capability you selected, and whatever you write in the message.
• Order details. If you place a hardware order: billing and delivery address, contact number, and the items ordered.
• Account details. If you create a customer account: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored hashed and are not readable by us.
• Technical data. Standard web server logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps — kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Where online payment is offered, the payment provider handles the card details directly.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To process, deliver and support an order you placed.
• To provide support for systems we have implemented for you.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose faults.
• To meet record-keeping obligations where the law requires it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who only submitted an enquiry.

Who else sees it

Your information is handled by Bluwebz staff working on your enquiry, order or support case. It is shared outside the company only with the service providers needed to deliver it — hosting, delivery and payment providers — and only to the extent they need, or where we are legally required to disclose it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and accounting records are kept as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept short term. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, it is deleted.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your session, remember your cart, and understand which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but the cart and any signed-in session will not persist.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it — email info@bluwebz.com and we will respond. If you have an account, you can update your own details after signing in. Some records, such as completed orders, we may need to keep for legal reasons even after a deletion request.

Security

Access to customer information is restricted to staff who need it, traffic to this site is encrypted in transit, and our infrastructure is kept patched and monitored. No system is completely secure, and we will tell affected customers if a breach puts their information at risk.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
